Refund Policy

A Legal Disclaimer

We strive to deliver excellent service and maintain transparent client relationships. Our refund policy reflects our commitment to fairness and accountability.

1. Eligibility Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • Work has not yet commenced

  • Significant failure to meet delivery timelines without client-side delays

  • Clear evidence of service non-performance as outlined in the agreed scope

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Consultation or strategy sessions already conducted

  • Creative concepts or partial content already delivered

  • Software purchases, printing, or third-party service fees incurred on behalf of the client

  • Projects terminated by client after significant progress

3. Requesting a Refund Clients must submit a written request within 7 days of project cancellation. The request must include:

  • Project name and scope

  • Reason for dissatisfaction or termination

  • List of deliverables received

4. Refund Calculation Refund amounts (if applicable) are prorated based on the percentage of project completion. Administrative fees may apply. All refunds are processed within 15 business days.

5. Dispute Resolution We encourage open communication. In case of disputes, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing legal remedies.
