By engaging with Fantab Studio or Fantab Crew, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern the use of our services, deliverables, and communications.

1. Definitions

• "Fantab Studio" refers to the branch of the company providing marketing and PR services for the built environment (architecture, real estate, design).

• "Fantab Crew" refers to the branch focused on motorsport content creation, athlete branding, and sponsorship marketing.

• "Client" refers to the individual or organization purchasing or using services.

2. Scope of Services We offer:

• Visual branding, storytelling, and marketing services

• Content creation, including photography, video, and 3D

• PR and social media marketing

• Event coverage, pitch decks, and digital communication​

• Campaign management for sports, real estate, and design industries

3. Project Engagement Clients will receive a detailed proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. Engagement begins upon written approval or signing of the service agreement.

4. Intellectual Property All original content created by Fantab remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Usage Rights Clients may use final deliverables for the purposes specified in the agreement. Extended usage, resale, or modification of the work must be approved in writing.

6. Confidentiality All project materials, client information, and intellectual property are treated as confidential. Fantab will not share or distribute client materials without permission.

7. Revisions Each project includes a predefined number of revisions. Additional revisions will be billed separately. Major scope changes after project commencement may require a revised estimate and timeline.

8. Payment Terms Payment is due as per the terms outlined in each invoice. Standard payment breakdowns include:

• 50% advance

• 30% during production

• 20% upon final delivery Delays in payment may result in paused services.

9. Termination Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If terminated, the client is responsible for payment proportional to work completed until the termination date.

10. Liability Fantab Studio and Fantab Crew are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or project delays.
